At the first visit, we will listen carefully to the patient and get a clear picture of what smile they desire. We then take x-rays, digital photographs and impressions, all of which will help us to construct the best and most suitable treatment plan for that individual’s dream smile. In many cases, we will meticulously construct a “trial smile” for the patient, which mimics the shape of the finished restoration but are made from acrylic, this allows us to make adjustments according to the patients wishes and is best practice when carrying out a number of restorations.
